My meal plan.

I’m new at having a meal plan. I’m to the point where it says to pick my lunch recipe and then record it. As of now, I’m eating either a salad or lean cuisine for lunch. Can I do the recipe but eat it for supper?

    You can eat whatever foods you want at whatever times you want and log it in whatever sections you want as long as you stay within your calorie goal. :)

    As long as your total calories for the day keep you in a deficit, what you eat, when, and in what order doesn't have a huge impact on weight loss.
