My name is Roy. I went on 𝙆𝙚𝙩𝙤 in April 2019 and lost 34 lbs. I kept it off for a year but have gained 20 of it back in the past few months. So it’s time to diet and be more active regardless of this crazy pandemic.

I have lost 18lbs since 4/15/19 eating A Keto / low carb diet. I consistently miss the fat macro 75% by 10%+\- for those that are hitting it, what fat content foods are you using? Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Keto - Losing muscle and fat?
I’ve been following a Keto/low card diet for 2 months and doing cardio ands strength training 3-4 days a week. I’m very happy with the weight loss. When strength training I have had a noticeable loss of strength and have had to drop down 10 - 20 lbs per machine. I feel great and look much healthier now. Anybody else…
