I have lost 18lbs since 4/15/19 eating A Keto / low carb diet. I consistently miss the fat macro 75% by 10%+\- for those that are hitting it, what fat content foods are you using? Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

The idea behind keto is to eat enough protein & fat to be satisfied. If I don't exactly hit what is programmed in MFP, I personally don't stress about it. Other people may have a different view on that.3 -

Nothing wrong with what you wrote. It was very helpful. Thank you. I am sure you notice there are some people who have replied to thousands and thousands of posts. They tend to do a lot of copy/paste of generic info. Just ignore it 😊5 -
