The photo is only 'acceptable' in any context where the man is appropriately being called out for being a scumbag. Anything else? Nope.

I don't care if my man glances, but he wouldn't gape like that, because he'd consider it boorish.
ETA: the exact phrase he'd use is "disrespectful", primarily to me, but also to the other woman.6 -
