Endurance cycling and bonking
If you are doing a 6+ hour ride what do you eat and how often? I'm struggling with bonking atm.... plus I have seizures and that dizzy/staggering/headswim feeling makes me really nervous as I have identical symptoms pre-seizure. I'm drinking and eating carbs throughout but obviously I'm going wrong somewhere...my legs are…

DIY energy drinks
Hi I'm looking for recipes for drinks with a good amount of calories but that won't separate in the bottle on my bike rides. I'm not interested in powdered stuff ty. Nor do I have a juicer, just a lowly hand-blender :)

Upright cycling

Problem is my perineum and sit bones. Obvs riding outside the position is different on a trail bike to a gym bike. It hurt like hell on…

Custardy blancmangey hot pudding
I've had a stinker of a cold this week so CBA to cook. I have ProteinWorks diet replacement shakes as a nutrition boost to my main meal and they fill me up nicely so I don't binge. Cue two days ago. Feeling uuurgh so I decided to add boiling water (for a nice hot chocolate drink) instead of cold water and surprisingly it…
