Hey
I've lost 9-10 kilos and just measured myself. I've gone from a 40DD to a 40E/F
I have no idea why and genuinely upset. I am a cyclist.
Since August I've been trying really hard to keep fit and am disappointed.
It's not hormones, I'm 48 and mid-menopause.

You are a cyclist...who cross trains, I assume?
Regardless (and pure speculation)...Depending on your terrain, length of your ride, bike type and, heck, tire width the mere act of holding the handle bars may be working your pecs (muscle behind the breast).
I mean, I know I feel different muscles activate after long rides on my bike especially on gravelly bits or when riding on cobblestones (which are common in my city)
I'm not a super avid cyclist though nor am I a fitness pro so hopefully others will chime in2
