One portion meal replacement powder (I use ProteinWorks, butterscotch is my favourite)
Boiled Water

Add how water to powder and whizz. The stuff in it makes it thicken like cornflour and after a couple of minutes it has a semolina like consistency.

Really filling and quick. I have about one a week but I suppose you could have one everyday.

My powder is 250 cals approx.
