Tweak my workout
Age 45, bf 16%. I lift weights for 45 mins twice a week. I mostly do reps of 10-8-6 I do the below pretty much every time. Basketball Jerks
I went to the gym last week and tried to get into a pickup game. There were 12 people paying (2 alternating in) and I was the only other guy in the gym. Guy said I couldn’t play because they had the court reserved. When I asked how they knew each other, they just told me they just show up at the same time each week. WTH?…

Food Surplus
So to bulk you need to increase your food intake. Is this increase above the extra calories you use lifting? For example, if I don’t exercise, I burn 2400 cals a day. If I do exercise, I burn 3000 cals per day. When bulking, do I increase my food from 2400 to 3000 or do I increase from 2400 to 3400 for 400 extra cals?
