I just read bigger, leaner, stronger by mike Mathews. He said that you can gain about 2lbs of muscle per week on a bulk and 0.5lbs per week on a maintenance diet. Extra calories
The app tells me how many calories I use. The more I exercise, the more it goes up. When bulking, do I eat more calories than the number I burn or just more calories than my base line without exercise?
