One day, after doing a few month’s of consistent jogging, I felt this wave of calmness come over my brain. The feeling stayed and really helped my overall well being. Has anyone experienced this? What is the magic formula to cause it to happen if I need another wave?

Endorphins? Mindfulness?
I have no idea. It happens sometimes, and I kind of just take it as a gift, haven't figured out how to trigger it.1 -
