Help with calories and exercise
I’m going to start exercising. I haven’t been able to lose weight in months. MFP tells me to eat 1200 a day. I’m 28, 228lbs, F. I’m eating 1200/1400 a day and nothing. Body wants to store now that I’ve lost 15lbs total. So I’m joining a gym tomorrow. I’m wondering if I eat 1200 a day and burn 200-300, should I eat more…

Palpitations after exercise or eating
I get this arrhythmia only if I eat after any exercise. Even 3 hours later. I’ve seen 10 doctors and not one will help me, starting to feel like a curse. Does constipation prevent you from losing?
I “go” just small amount every day. I weigh 221 and I’ve ate 1200 calories the last week and I’ve gained .5lbs, I’m assuming it’s because I need to go to the bathroom :(

Should I turn off my Steps? And just enter exercise?
I go walking and I feel like I don’t get the accurate calories burned if I rely on steps. Even with phone in hand I walked 2 hours today and it told me 45 calories. I don’t want to add those calories on top of the exercise I enter.

I am hungry, like real painful hunger
I drink more than enough water, eat a lot of protein, always meet those goals.. But I am hungry even after a large meal. I wait, and it doesn't pass. I am not diabetic, was just checked.
