Day two for my 30 minute workout
Today was day two of walking in place for 30 minutes. To be honest, time still went slow, but not as slow as it did yesterday. How do I stay motivated?!
I've tried setting reminders on my phone which has a check list of everything I need to do both morning and night and I just let up ignoring the notification and not checking anything off. How do I stay motivated? How do I stick to a routine?! Please help. 😞 Feel free to add me to motivated me too.

Motivation for self care?

Does PMS effect you very badly? I've noticed lately that my PMS is getting so bad to the point that I can't tell if it's actually PMS or if I'm becoming bipolar. One second I'm happy and the next I'm balling my eyes out over the stupidest *kitten*. UGH I don't know what to do about it.
