So....this might be pathetic, but I have a new goal to walk in place in my room to get 30 of exercise everyday. Why? I hate the cold but I do love walking! I wish I had a treadmill, but can't afford. Anyways, I'm pregnant so I HAVE to get 30 minutes of exercise a day. Please send me a friend request if you'd like to see my progress and what I eat in a day!     Congrats!! Do what you can and don't be too hard on yourself, you're making a human. When I was pregnant the only walking I did was from toilet to bed after hyperremesis kicked in.

    I'll second this one! I even have a treadmill, but the Leslie Sansone videos are a lot more fun and interesting than just walking on the treadmill. She has 30 minute, 45 minute, and longer videos to fit whatever you're trying to get in.

    Warm clothes!

    Some of the stuff I use outside on come days is a bunch of cashmere sweaters I found at thrift stores.
