So....this might be pathetic, but I have a new goal to walk in place in my room to get 30 of exercise everyday. Why? I hate the cold but I do love walking! I wish I had a treadmill, but can't afford. Anyways, I'm pregnant so I HAVE to get 30 minutes of exercise a day. Please send me a friend request if you'd like to see my progress and what I eat in a day! I could always use the support and would love to support others! Let's goooo! 💪

Congrats!! Do what you can and don't be too hard on yourself, you're making a human. When I was pregnant the only walking I did was from toilet to bed after hyperremesis kicked in.1

Warm clothes!
Some of the stuff I use outside on come days is a bunch of cashmere sweaters I found at thrift stores.1
