Resistance training calories
I have noticed that MFP lists my resistance training calories higher than what other sites would list them. I am speaking directly about resistance training/weights & bands ( no cardio included). Has anyone else noticed this? What are your thoughts on this?

I bought a new pre-workout at Walmart. It is called Explode Ripped. The stuff is strong but I think it does what it claims that it would do. Has anyone else ever tried this?

How would everyone feel about everyone coming together to form a fitness plan? For example, each day we complete a home workout on this thread posted by a user. Since there are many members we would do the first exercise plan following the day before. Is anyone interested in trying this?

Jumping rope
So I bought a jump rope over the weekend and used it on Tuesday. My right calf was so sore for the last couple of days. I am now wondering if this exercise might be too much impact on my lower extremities. I opted for the rope after seeing now many calories jumping rope can accomplish.

Hello, I have been working out at Gold's gym and I enjoy it. I have been thinking about adding a second gym to break up the status quo. I am leaning toward Planet fitness because it is dirt cheap. Do any of you guys use a second gym? What do you think about PF as a second gym?
