I have put one-half inch on my arms just using bands during the lockdown💪
I am really happy about this.
Has anyone else improved during this time? If so, how so?

    I started drinking my ketones about 2 weeks ago.

    I've lost 6lbs in 2 weeks.
    My cravings are almost entirely gone.
    I've been able to say no to most of the ones I do get.
    Im staying active at home.

    I am down almost 10 lbs and seeing ab definition. I need a few more lbs off before I bulk up.

    I think another thing that has improved is that I figured out how to be "economical" with my fitness needs😃.

    I’ve lost 10lbs in 8 weeks. Happy with that.

    Turned my spare room into a gym. The delivery guy gets more hacked off each week. The latest delivery was two 60llb dumbbells. 😂

    Haha I’ve put on 7lbs which won’t just wont shift. I have a small home gym with a bar and a couple of kettlebells and bands but weights cost a fortune right now and hard to buy (in UK). Gym has been closed since late March though and won’t be opening until July :(

    My delivery guy has it easy as I only use bands.

    I've really stepped up my ordering skills. I've ordered all kinds of [email protected] because I enjoy getting presents every day. I've been taking care of my folkaronies and we're still alive because we're bent on survival. My cooking has improved. I can take anything and throw it into the oven, kick the door shut and no one complains. Much. ;)
