Heart rate issues- having to slow down 😥

Started C25K today- any tips?
I finally got my treadmill delivered and my new running shoes and socks. Did the first day of C25K and I felt the burn in my shins/calves but nothing terrible. I can see how out of shape I am though- slow and jelly legs after. Anyone do this program? Any tips? General running advice? Thanks!

What to do when you’re sick
I was in a groove exercising before work, yoga on Saturday, and functional fitness on Sundays with cleaning, etc. now I’m getting a cold or something (negative Covid test at least) but definitely under the weather. I’m still watching/tracking my calories but for the past two days not feeling like exercising at all.

Can you ‘bank’ calories?
I often have calories left over each day. Are they just gone or can you say ‘bank’ them and use them for a special occasion or something else?

Not hungry but crabby
I don’t feel particularly hungry even though My goal is 1200/day. I eat well, spread it, out, drink lots of water, etc. But wow- kiddy. I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? Think it’s related? This is day 5 for me, btw. Thanks!
