No Sweat- great book/audiobook that got me moving

This book takes an in depth look into sustainable movement and lifelong fitness. I’ve actually been getting up each morning early and on to my elliptical which is crazy for me. It details the concepts of movement and exercise and opens the mind to all the opportunities for them instead of just high intensity gym workouts if that’s not your thing. For anyone looking for scientific yet broken down information and true stories applicable to many people, this is great 👍🏽
