Any tips on whether I should follow a 1268 cal diet or a 1482 one? I'm getting differing answers online. I'm a sedentary 27 y/o female, 5'3", 124 lbs, looking to lose body fat and get fit.

App Syncing?
Hey guys I'm having trouble syncing Samsung Health with MFP. Any tips? I tried disconnecting and reconnecting. I downloaded it so it would sync my steps with MFP but it isn't working and is really annoying.

So glad there is a waist feature!
So glad that you can track your waist measurements in MFP! I know you can track your weight but that's of little use to be so I am SO excited that I can track waist and hip measurements from right here in the app. I actually downloaded a second app for that purpose so thrilled that I don't have to use it anymore. Yay!
