bingeing
Does anyone else here struggle with bingeing? The only "good" thing in the house are protein bars and I can sit there and eat 6 of them. Question re/ weight tracking day?
Do you eat something especially light on the day before weighing yourself? Like my weigh-in day is Friday, so for Thursday supper I usually eat a plain chicken breast, baked potato and vegetables. OK, it's really freaking cold!
