Are any of you on bipap/cpap? I was diagnosed with severe central sleep apnea/hyponea and am trying to use machine but struggling thought maybe one of you might have advice. I seem to spend hours awake which seems counter productive.
Just what I was looking for, a group of fellow believers to support each other. My name is Liz and I am 73 with 40 lbs to shed. Only through Christ is that possible. It's an area I have never given over to Him. Bless you all.
I feel like the old car. One thing gets fixed and something else breaks down. My latest is sleep hypopnea and trying to adjust to bills machine. Hope it works so I can get more energy as I get better oxygen at night. I know weight loss is suppose to help so working on 40 lbs.
FYI I just recovered after months of pain from plantar fasciitis, so painful! You got it, physical therapy did the trick. So if your a sufferer, it can get better even without orthotics. Yea! Back to walking at long last.
Hi I'm Liz in California. As you can see I am starting all over again. I am a 73 year old grandma who is either 110 percent in control of 120 out of control especially when I am bored and the past year has sure been boring for many of us. Time to reach out and connect with others on the same journey.
