The biggest thing I had to remember was ..The sneaky FIRST WEEK- WATER WEEK. I have avoid or did an over ride by adding a few cups then 1-2 each additional day. I have had to explain to clients in the past why they lost 10 pounds the first week and 1-2 the following weeks.
I am here and will accept all those who would like to add me. I am Serious and will be losing my weight before I move into a maintance type program. You are welcome to join me.
