Has anyone ever tried a 24 hour fast once a week for say a month? If so how did it go and what were the results?

Started week 1 at the largest number I ever looked at 304!! Wow is what I said to myself on Monday 4-2-2021 need to get 50 off to start with. I look at it as a day I still stay at or under my net calories but eat the wrong kinds of food. I wanted to see what everyone else thinks it is within the plan they follow?
