I was wondering... I do the 16:8 fast and still don't hit ketosis. I'm also under my calorie limit. So I was wondering what the best way to get into ketosis is? I have the keto sticks to measure.

Carb Goal
Currently, I need to lose about 150 lbs. I'm doing as much keto as I can, but I need to find out what an appropriate carb (grams) goal is? I don't think it's ultra realistic, at first, to be 20 g or below, but what are the parameters where one can be in ketosis as far as range of carbs eaten per day? Thank you!

Other vs Indoor Walk Exercise
Hello, all. I was just wondering why when I select "other exercise" I burn more calories on the treadmill (by the watch) than when I select "indoor walk" on the treadmill? Which one should I go by? Thanks! Ben

So I was wondering how much alcohol prevents you from losing fat? Like if you have 2-3 beers a day? Would quitting that (obviously good to do) make weight loss easier?

Adderall and Binge Eating Disorder
Hello, I have recently been prescribed 10 mg twice daily of Adderall for possible ADHD. I do believe I have binge eating disorder via my nutritionist's opinion. Does Adderall help that by increasing dopamine? I wake up in the middle of the night and want to eat for reasons of what feels like boredom. Any other experiences…

Pre and post workout
I worked out yesterday and weighed myself pre and post workout. The scale said I lost 3 lbs after my workout. Now when I weighed myself pre, I was fasted. Post weigh in was after workout and drinking water. How can you lose that much in one workout. Water weight? All I did was walk for 30 and stretch for over 10 minutes.

Training Question
I need to lose over 100 lbs. Is it true that the best method is a combination of weight training (light weights, high reps) and cardio each time? (Cardio is fast walk on treadmill to cool down.)

Weight Lifting and Cardio Effectiveness
Hello all. So I was doing just cardio (walking on an incline treadmill for 30 minutes a day). Then I threw in lifting for 20-30 minutes then a cool down with 10 minutes of the walking and I found that, both together, they have dropped my weight quicker. Anyone else find this?
