Grain free meals
Anyone have a favorite grain free meal? I'm shooting for 7 per week. The salad I planned this week for my lunches is good but I know myself well enough to know that won't work week in and week out. Just don't love a main dish salad enough to eat it every lunch. Going to try a grown up version of lunchables next week.…

Figuring out the 'treat' mindset
Hi all - I really love a food treat. I've heard Gretchen Rubin say a million times to figure out what a healthy treat is for you that isn't actually an unhealthy thing. For at least a couple of years now I've been limiting myself to no sugary treats 4 days a week. I am going to try to bring that up to 5 days now. I'm…
