1088 calories
I know that people get really overzealous about the whole 1200 calorie thing but I saw a nutritionist who had me on a diet of 1088 calories. She was a RD so I don't understand why some people get so angry about people with calories under 1200. Personally, I have mine set to 1100 right now.

Turkey Bacon and Jimmy Dean D-Lights
Anyone else totally obsessed with these two things?? Both are high protein, low carb, and low cal. I love D-lights so much, especially the turkey sausage, egg white, cheese on croissant!!! I even eat it for other meals besides breakfast sometime!!!

Confused about eating exercise cals
I workout about 5-6 days a week but have set my activity level to sedentary. When I exercise, I log my calories burned and attempt to eat most of them back. Does it bother you....
Does it bother anyone else when they search for a food in the database, find it with a lot of confirmations, yet discover that the information is actually incorrect? I find it so annoying! I don't understand why other people confirm incorrect foods!

How to log?
I go to my parents' house every Sunday for a home cooked meal. How do I log this? Do I really have to log each ingredient? If so, I much prefer logging with frozen meals and prepackaged food!
