What kind or diet/lifestyle change are you following ?
My journey began with prolonged water only fast. Ranging from 24 hours to 6 days was the max. I'm 50 pounds lighter and I'm now following the warrior diet aka 20/4 fast. Considering trying more of a carnivore diet....just meats and water for two weeks.

Cracked the code
A few weeks ago I made a post saying I give up on chicken breast. But today...ive cracked the code. I found some recipes using Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil and spices. Man oh man! Chicken came out so tender and flavorful. I'm so happy I don't even know what to do.

Goals
Good morning! Top of the week. Does anybody have any short term goals in place or is anyone making small tweaks or changes to a regimen or diet plan? For me I plan to start a 48-72 hour fast beginning tomorrow. And then I'll be following a warrior diet for about a week.

Finding new ways to stay active.
I walked to the grocery store (1 mile each way). Loaded groceries in my bookbag and walked back. It was fun and I got my steps in ! The other day I did 3 miles to the gym...worked out...3 miles back.

Push up board
Purchased something on Amazon yesterday. Foldable pushup board that allows push-ups from multiple angles to target various muscle groups. I'll be doing push-ups in my cube all day. Might purchase another for the house and leave this one here. Although it folds and travels well. I tried to post the pic but it's not showing.
