Goals keep us going. I started my journey at 325 pounds. I'm currently 280.
Long term I want to lose another 80-100 pounds.
Short term...
-I want to be In the 270's by October 13th.
-Currently west 2xl shirt. Want to get to xl.

Goals.
Lose the last 8lbs of fat.
Shed the skinny fat to see my ab muscles.
Maintain once I get there.

I haven't determined a long-term goal yet, other than under 200. According to the charts, I should be about 140-160 (tall). But after being 374 (maybe more), I'd settle for somewhere under 200.
I'm currently 295 or so (haven't weighed in in a couple of days).
Short-term goal is 285 by Halloween.
Medium-term goal is 274 by the end of the year so I'll be 100 lbs down from my highest known weight.1 -
I'm trying to build a bigger stronger body. The journey has been tough aha. Eating sucks. Lol1

Congrats! You are doing numbers! Keep up the good work. I'm with you. Instarted at 326. Currently 276.6. I too want to get sub 200.

I hear you. I'm currently doing the warriot diet...I have to be really intentional about getting my daily protein in 4 hours. Keep at it !1 -
Long term:
Lose 80 lbs, bringing me from 240 lbs down to 160 lbs.
Develop a regular exercise program, with building muscle as a focus.
Run a 5k.
Short term:
Lose 10 lbs by Halloween
Lose 20 lbs by the end of the year
Exercise at least twice a week, for 30 minutes each time
Start Calorie Counting2 -
Long term, lose 30-35 lbs. I’m currently 190.
Short term, more exercise, better nutrition. 1 day at a time. I’m currently walking 2-4 miles almost daily, and eating about 1200 calories/day.1 -

Started at my highest ever weight of 183.5 lbs on August 22 this year.
Currently 165.8 lbs 50 days into this.
Minimum end of year goal: 154 lbs by 31st December this year
