This is too hard
My pants don’t fit and they break anytime I try on a new pair. I hobble so bad trying to put on socks and getting around sucks. I’ve tried to reach out in my personal life but ppl don’t understand- I feel like this is just how my life is now.

The scale moved!
Ok yeah, I know the scale isn’t everything but man this was my first go at it and yeah I went over my calories and I know it and I keep trying to do good every time. I got a long way to go but sheeeesh it feels good either way! I bought a spin bike that’s able to hold my weight. I’m very intimidated at this point.

When will I have more self control with food intake?
I record through MFP, over all I find it very helpful to see what I’m eating. I’m doing a calorie deficit for the time being. But I’ll suddenly get swarms of major urges to ingest food! I’m struggling to eat portions consistently
A few days, maybe two go by, cool I’m on point. Then I get in a mood and I’m scarfing back my food and wanting more and I’m relapsing on my over eating. For example I ate all but two slices of a large pizza. Then I’m hard on myself and feel like I’m not gonna make it

Weight Loss, each day is day 1
I’m 5’3. 273lbs. I want lose it but I’m very stuck in my head about doing it. Working full time and homeschooling my young is very straining. I’ve not had fun at the lake or beach for a bunch of years. I don’t smoke or drink or socialized or party.. food is my only crutch.

Home Spin Bike Set up ?
I’m buying a spin bike, I also have two kettle bells (15lbs each), a yoga ball and yoga Matt.. I’m stumped how to set them up in my small space to make it inviting to do a work out before/after work. What’s a good way to set it up? In a corner? Behind a couch? help! Lol
