P90 or TurboJam?
Hey, I currently have P90X at home but I feel like it's too advanced for me right now so I am thinking I need more of a beginner workout. I am not completely out of shape, so something a little challenging is good but I'm trying to ease myself back into working out. Is P90 or TurboJam the better program? Thank you!

Has anybody tried the 5:2 diet? I've thought about it, but I obviously don't want to go into starvation mode and hurt my weight loss efforts.
