Good afternoon everybody,
I've heard a lot of people talking about TDEE so I decided to look into it, but I'm wondering if I'm doing it wrong because it says that I should eat 1966 after the 20% deducted but I feel like that's too much. I weight 172, I'm 5'6'', I have a desk job, but I work out at least 5 days a week for 90 minutes. Am I actually supposed to eat that much? Thank you for any and all advice... I've recently hit a plateau and I'm getting frusterated.

The truth is, it's just a base calculation based on a formula. Even if you did it right, it's still going to be off to some degree.
Trial and error works best.
Now you have a start, tweak it from there by keeping your eye on the scale!0 -
Thank you!0
