I would do a little jogging on flat areas, and walk hills to start again.

I haven't decided if I want to do a 90 minutes elliptical time or 90 minutes outside, but considering half of my town has some flooding right now it will probably be elliptical and level 2 of 30DS.

Well, I have 2 papers due so I'm not sure if I will be doing anything since I need to get those two things turned in. However, if I do I will probably to 60 minutes elliptical and either level 2 of 30DS or 100 bicycle crunches. I haven't had a day off since the 15th, though.. so we'll see. :)

I think you have the right idea of just doing non-leg workouts for a little bit and not giving up on working out. I would also ease back into running when it stops hurting, not go full blown like you have been.

My challenge was 50 bicycle crunches on top of my 60 minute elliptical commitment. I did over 100 bicycle crunches instead and over 50 shoulder flies.

I do it at night, because I already wake up at 6. I have work and then school so I don't want to be exhausted in class because of a morning workout.

No, I definitely don't skip just because I'm sore. I might modify a workout or not do the same resistance level as usual, but I never skip. If I allow myself to start skipping then I'll keep skipping and I'll weigh a 100 pounds more than I do now, again.
