I've tried p90x and Jillian Michaels, and I'm wondering what other videos people have had success with.I workout in a small area with no real exercise equipment except a doorway pull up bar and some hand weights. Being a mom with little kids having a consistent gym routine isn't really an option. I need to workout at home.
