Breakfast Protein Suggestions?
I just found out I'm allergic to eggs and dairy. Yay! My two go-to protein sources are nixed. I can improvise at other meals, but breakfast is stumping me. I really need to get some protein in to start the day, or I'm hungry by 9:30. Peanut butter on toast ... smoothie ... what else?

Starvation mode? really?
I get 1,200 calories a day, and if I go under by even one calorie, I get the warning about not eating enough and starvation mode. Confused by calorie counts -- what do you think this workout
MFP says 203 calories for 60 minutes of weight training. But if I enter it as circuit training, it says 643 calories.
