I travel with a laptop that does not have a disk drive (it's a MacBook Air). I would love to download some workouts, especially with body-weight exercises suitable for a hotel room workout, but I'm coming up dry on options for podcasts or other downloads. Anyone have a resource for this? I'm sure this area will expand in the future.

Hi, there! ExerciseTV's website has workouts that can be downloaded to your laptop. I have Chris Freytag's 10 lb slimdown which includes 5 workouts - 20 min. each. I want to say I paid $10 vs. having the DVDs shipped. Hope this helps.0

Another option would be to rip dvd's you have onto your computer. Or maybe an external hdd to make up for the air's somewhat limited SSD capacity. Just another option.0

Get an external usb dvd drive for it.0
