Can't imagine a better NSV

Three months ago I started MFP and working out regularly. Part of my inspiration was a pre-diabetic reading I got on an hbA1c test, which indicates your average blood sugar for the last three months. I am at high risk for Type 2 diabetes due to family history and being mildly overweight.

So after 90 days of really good behaviors, including eating well, losing 9 pounds and exercising regularly, I just did my 90-day follow up test.

Drum roll ... I have dropped a full point, from 6.6 (>7.0 is considered diabetic) to 5.6 -- which is in normal territory, if still a smidge high for normal.

I could cry I am so happy and relieved. Going for walk to celebrate.

Can't wait to test again in 90 days and see how "normal" I can be!
