Hi, I'm Claire. I'm 37 and looking to lose about 67lbs and get fitter and healthier. I had a lot of success in 2012 on mfp but a pregnancy and not logging has resulted in me gaining the weight back. This time round I'm here for good and I'm going to lose this weight once and for all. I did the 30 day shred a couple of…

I have always had big legs, massive thighs, don't go in much at the knees and big bit of flab at the side of each knees and wide calves and cankles. I NEVER wear skirts or skinny jeans. My dream would be to wear skinny jeans tucked into knee high boots. I started my weightloss at 230. So far I have lost 51lbs but not much…

Can anyone recommend a decent (reasonably priced) HRM that m
I'm pretty new to here and even newer to exercise but have been going to zumba classes and doing GM 30 day shred and would love to know how many calories I am burning when I exercise. I was thinking of getting a HRM but there are so many to choose from and I'm a bit overwhelmed. I don't really want to pay a lot of money…

no more yo-yo diets
Hi, I'm a 35 year old mum of a 22 month baby. I've 80 lbs to lose in total but I can't even say its baby weight as I have always been heavy. I've been on probably every diet ever invented, all with varying degrees of sucess however each time I'd lose motivation and the weight i'd lost would go back on plus a few more…
