Hi, I'm a 35 year old mum of a 22 month baby. I've 80 lbs to lose in total but I can't even say its baby weight as I have always been heavy. I've been on probably every diet ever invented, all with varying degrees of sucess however each time I'd lose motivation and the weight i'd lost would go back on plus a few more pounds.
I'm sick of this and for the first time in my life I am not on a diet but just counting my calories and exercising more and its working!! I have lost 15 lbs so far and feel fab. Though I have a ways to go yet.
Feel free to add me as I need all the support I can get. I've been using mfp for 5 weeks and its usually around this time I start to lose momentum and give up.
Thanks for reading my story.

Been there, done that, too! Finally got tired of being tired and feeling useless all the time.0
