Seeing the numbers drop on the scales is great but my weight is coming off very slowly and I was starting to feel a bit demotivated however at work yesterday a girl I hadn't seen in a few weeks called me over and said I was looking great had I lost weight? she said she could really see it in my face and stomach. I was so happy. It made my week.

I have made it through 2 days of not overeating. I honestly didn't think I could do it. You have to start somewhere!0

1. Even with not logging each meal in as it happened ; I logged in a few times at the end of the day and still was under my 1200.So I guess I'm learning
2. I got to the point where I have chosen meals where I'm not starving still when I'm done.
3. I moved up from 30min to 60min of exercise most days that I do it.
4. I think I found a balance between starving my self (past anorexia) and over eating.
5. Forgot to add . Drastically reduced soda drinking and increased water from 0 to 4-8 a day.0 -
That's brilliant. You should be so proud. Well done0
