Question about 30 day shred?
I have been doing 30 day shred for a couple weeks. But, my question is...is it meant to be done every day? Or designed for 3 or 4 days a week? It doesn't specify on the DVD. Now, I guess my thinking was 2 things. 1. It is designed to be done everyday for 30 days but then 2. doesn't your muscles need time to rest in between…

not new, just starting over
