I joined MFP I think about 2 years ago. I was doing ok and then just slacked off with journaling and working out. I haven't put much weight on in that time frame but I am at my heaviest now. I don't like how I look at all. My husband tells me I'm beautiful and that he loves me regardless. I know he is telling the truth but I don't feel it and I want to feel it! I want to be able to look at myself in the mirror and feel pretty and sexy. But, most of all, I want to be healthy. My mom has Type 2 diabetes which thankfully has been controlled with her losing weight and meds. And I don't want to be like that. My overall goal to lose is 50-60 lbs but I am trying to set small goals so I don't get overwhelmed.
I have a journal book that I have to write my stuff down-in the event I don't have internet at the time. For exercise I am doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred plus the EA Active for the Wii. I look forward to be able to share my before/after pics very soon!

Good for you! I am the same way. I have lost weight before, but gained it all back and much more. I now weigh the same as I did at the end of my second pregnancy! I hate that. I love EA Sports Active! I was really surprised at how much of a workout it is. I'm more sore after doing that then when I go to the gym! I think it's because half of it seems to be squats and I can't walk the next day. lol. Good luck on your continued journey!!0
