My Orange Theory Fitness computer monitor keeps unsnapping from my chest strap during class...
I've tried new monitors to snap in and a new chest strap. Inevitably, at some point during class, one end will unsnap and the readings go to zero. Not losing any more weight...
I've been tracking my food and exercise every day since mid-April. At the end of the day on the food log it says "If every day was like today.... you'd weigh XX in 5 weeks." Frustrated...
I've been a member of MFP for 135 days so far. I love the site, and am serious about weight loss. Since January 4th, 2010, I've lost 30 pounds. Most of it came off in the first 4 months.
