My Orange Theory Fitness computer monitor keeps unsnapping from my chest strap during class...

I've tried new monitors to snap in and a new chest strap. Inevitably, at some point during class, one end will unsnap and the readings go to zero. VERY FRUSTRATING, as I want every minute of that data! Has anyone had the same problem? Any suggestions as to how to fix it? I've used a Polar cheststrap with a snap in monitor for years with no problems. The OTF one just doesn't seem to want to stay snapped in...
