Meeting your daily iron goal?
Hey guys, I was going through my food diary and noticed that no matter how well I think I've done for the day, I never reach the iron goal that MFP sets for me (100). In fact, the highest I've gotten is 68 but I usually seem to average closer to around 40. Anyone else having this problem? Tips? Anything? :)

Overnight water weight?
Just curious to see how much you guys have noticed you've gone up in water weight overnight before? I had a realllly big cheat day yesterday and after two days of weighing in at 135, I got on the scale this morning out of curiosity and was 139-140. I plan on drinking a LOT of water today :)

Changing up your calorie goal?
Does anyone vary their daily calorie goal? I know minimum net recommended is 1200... but does anyone go above or below this once in a while on purpose to prevent their body from growing accustomed to it? If so, is it proving successful? When your stomach really just does not want food
For the last few days my stomach has been completely against the idea of food... hitting 1200 calories per day has been completely unattainable. Does anyone have any recommendations for healthy but high calorie meals that'll be light enough to fool a stomach into believing it's not actually full?
