Billy Blanks Tae Bo...Calories burned??
Hey all, I have a Billy Blanks Tae Bo dvd "Billy's Favorite Moves"...Im not sure whether to log it in as high impact aerobic or tae bo. If anyone knows please let me know. Also, I have been trying to find the actual calories burned for this DVD but Im not having any luck. Thank You!!!

How can I log lifting boxes ranging from 5-35 lbs and putting them away at a fairly brisk pace for 1.5 hours?? I had the privilege of putting stock away from the shipment we got at work.

Great boost from my 6 year old!!!
My son has always liked my belly, even when it was bigger. He loves walking up and just "squishing" it. Well, the other day he was standing there and he "squished" my belly and he looked up with his big brown eyes and said "mom your skinny". Kids are horribly hones when it comes to looks so I will take this and run haha.

Difference between MFP cals burned and my exercise bike
So my exercise bike told me that I burned 200 calories for 60 min of going over 14mph but MFP tells me that for 60 min of moderate I burned 441 calories. Big difference. Which one should I go by?

I just started ripped in 30 today!!
Borrowed my friend's ripped in 30 and my six week six pack is coming in the mail! i had done 30ds and gained strength as well as lost some inches...not too many lbs...took a break and did some tae bo along with my exercise bike. i'm ready to define and lose some more inches!!

For the first time since 2009 I am wearing my size 8's. Before my mfp journey I weighed in at 180 at my post baby visit. I am now at 146. My goal is 135 (5'2"). I am choosing not to go any lower just because I dont feel like I am at my best when I am smaller than that. Almost there!!!!!!

how do protein shakes work??
I bought some Special K protein shakes to drink after my workout in the morning for breakfast. I mix it with a banana and ice and blend it up and it tastes sooo good! But I want to make sure I am useing the protein shakes the right way. Any advice would be welcome!! :bigsmile:
