You probably are not going to find too much support for diet pills on this site.
Anything you can do with diet pills you can do with out them.0 -

Not big on diet pills myself, after they messed up my metabolism years ago. Fun to lose 10 pound quickly, but I can tell you each time I gained back TWENTY!! Ended up at around 175 at my heaviest.
The best way to lose weight is to count calories, eat healthier and exericise.
I have kept off 25 of my 36 pounds just knowing what I have learned.
Good luck. I hope you don't feel you need those pills. :flowerforyou:0 -
I tried them a few years ago and didn't notice any difference in appetite. I would skip them and just keep counting calories! The chemicals aren't worth it!0

I took those about 2 months ago faithfully, and I didn't lose any weight. The only thing it did was keep me up all day and most of the night. Although I didn't have much of an appetite, I felt sick to my stomach all the time. It may be ok for you.... Good Luck0

Agree, not good for you!0

diet pills are for lazy people. just my opinion. anything you lose on them you'll gain back. they're terrible for your heart. my fiance used to take them and they made him sick. no sense in counting calories, eating healthy, and exercising if you are going to ruin your body with diet pills.0
-
Yeah. They will help but when you stop using them the weight comes back, twice as quick and twice as much. Most times.0
-
I agree, I took them for a bit, no change beyond what I was doing before I took them. Invest that money in a cool new workout outfit or a new video to keep you motivated.0
-
I've taken them. I lost like 3 lbs overnight but it was very obviously water weight (there is caffeine and other stuff in there that will dehydrate you). It did take my appetite down a notch but by the time I was almost through one bottle, my appetite and weight were back to normal. I bought one bottle; never did buy a second.
I don't recommend. Maybe I'll take something similar again if I go through another phase where I feel like I'm starving all the time. But I did not feel well on them.0 -
HUGE waste of money. Take them back.0

Exactly! No shortcuts! By the way, check out this poster's before and after - and she did it using good old fashioned hard work. You can too!!0 -
Idk..those things scare me...any kind of diet "pill" scares me. I'd rather lose weight slowly..the natural way..than to swallow a "mystery pill"..that will take weight off quickly. That sounds dangerous to me. I love my body. I love the way my organs all work together to keep me alive. I wouldn't trust a pill...it would kinda knock my organs off balance...and once that happens, who's to say my organs would ever function properly again. Nope..I love "me" too much to swallow something that doesn't.0

i dont think i would take diet pills from experience that my mother had when she tried them, much better for you to drop wait naturally and you will feel much better for it too! i love the feeling of achievement once i have been out running.0

Go girl, drink heaps of water with them, you will find your training step up a level, they are excellent for weight training, helps keep you lean and tones your body, each to their own, if it's working for you, go for it. make sure you eat really lean meals as well.
You can drop weight off really fast on hydroxy cut, they say it is not good to do that, but with hydroxy cut your not left with saggy skin, it tones your body as you go, if you are really disciplined as well, you just got to maintain it.0 -

Do you sell the stuff? This is just ridiculous advice. Wait, how about skipping the diet pills and just get on some speed and you will not only work out like a mad woman, but you can clean your house in 10 seconds flat!0 -

How does a diet pill help to tone you?0 -
Ya, I think I will stop using them. I have lost 7 lbs without them, no need to spend money on something that will hurt me in the long run. Thanks for everyone's advice. I hope I haven't caused myself any health problems by taking them for a couple days. Back to wally world tomorrow!! :flowerforyou:0

 Good decision. You can do this all by yourself and feel even prouder in the end because of it!!0 -

Awesome decision!
Way to be!0 -
I looked into it but wasn't too impressed. They do have some good herbal ingredients in there but the dosage seemed dangerously high and there were also ingredients in there that I didn't want to put in my body to me so I didn't buy them. I do take some of the ingredients listed in hydroxycut, but I take smaller doses and at different times during the day. Taking the supplements helps me but of course they're not going to do much good if I'm not exercising and staying under my cals. I take, chromium, green tea, hydroxycitrate (from Garcinia cambogia), gymemna sylvestre, and KLB6. None of these are magic pills, but they do help some.0
