Yesterday while I was doing dishes my husband comes up behind me and runs his hands from just under my shoulder blades and down my hips. He says " hey slim you better not go lower than 135!" I am at 150 right now. Made me smile the biggest smile to know he notices my hard work and that he loves me no matter if I'm 150, 135, or 180!!!
