Bistro MD , Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem?
I work so many hours and have found myself throwing together not ideal weight loss meals lately. Am considering Nutrisystem, Bistro MD or Jenny Craig. Any input on these three options? Thanks!

Morning Exercisers - Do you eat first?
Getting back on the fitness wagon and trying to get my exercise in, 20 mins a day to start and work my way up. Right now the time that I think I have the best chance at consistency would be first thing in the morning. Wondering how many have found success with this method, and if you do it on an empty stomach. I will be…

Still eating for 2...and my baby is six months old :)
Hi all, wanted to introduce myself. I am working on losing my baby weight from my 2 kiddos. At least this time around (my daughter is 6 months old) I am no longer in maternity clothes lol. The display on my elliptical burned out, so I have no real way to track my calories burned while working out on it (not that I thought it was all that accurate in the first place). Is a heart rate monitor the best way to see how many calories burned while excersizing?

I am far from a gourmet, so...how do you seperate out the egg yolk to get just egg whites? I am trying to save $$ by not buying egg beaters, and not get all the calories of a whole egg. TIA :)

I am not really surprised since I was on WW before here and they emphasize eating protein/fiber rich foods. But I am really getting stuck at around…

Not hungry in the AM, starving all afternoon!
So weird, in the morning I am hardly hungry, usually have cereal (Raisin bran) or oatmeal for breakfast and then 3 hours later have a light lunch so I can eat w. my kids. But right around 3p, I get starving, even w. the small snacks I find myself fighting off random snacking until almost bedtime! I know I am not the best…
