I have been doing two snacks a day, the first in the morning and having a piece of fruit and handful of raw almonds. Then in the afternoon I have popcorn or veggie sticks and a piece of fruit or nuts, or hummus and carrots. I have been chewing mint gum after the snack to try and avoid eating more than I need to.

Starting today! CW 244 goal is 170 , small goal of losing weight before a Disney trip next month , I want to be able to look at the pics without feeling puffy in my face.

I had no idea that a csection led to that horrible stomach flap thing until after #2 was born, she was breech so she wrecked my stomach lol. I often have WW bread and 1 tbsp of PB for my morning snack.. For some reason in the morning I usually cannot stomach anything but cereal. I have a 3yo who will only eat PBJ's for lunch, so I get plenty of peanut butter "leftovers" lol. Eggs and PB are my diet secrets in that they keep me fuller longer. Oh, and tuna. Must…

The display on my elliptical burned out, so I have no real way to track my calories burned while working out on it (not that I thought it was all that accurate in the first place). Is a heart rate monitor the best way to see how many calories burned while excersizing?

I am far from a gourmet, so...how do you seperate out the egg yolk to get just egg whites? I am trying to save $$ by not buying egg beaters, and not get all the calories of a whole egg. TIA :)

Figured I would post this here too, according to my goals I am usually at only about half of my allocated fat grams every day. Is this a good thing, or should I try to add in something to get me closer to the goal number? I was thinking of snaking on almonds or something w. "good" fat.

I have noticed a pattern in my eating w. logging in my foods. I am usually at only about 1/2 the fat grahams a day that the goal is listed at, and I am usually over in protein. So weird, in the morning I am hardly hungry, usually have cereal (Raisin bran) or oatmeal for breakfast and then 3 hours later have a light lunch so I can eat w. my kids. But right around 3p, I get starving, even w. the small snacks I find myself fighting off random snacking until almost bedtime! I know I am not the best…

Hi all, wanted to introduce myself. I am working on losing my baby weight from my 2 kiddos. At least this time around (my daughter is 6 months old) I am no longer in maternity clothes lol.
