Question on fat & protein intake

I have noticed a pattern in my eating w. logging in my foods. I am usually at only about 1/2 the fat grahams a day that the goal is listed at, and I am usually over in protein. I am not really surprised since I was on WW before here and they emphasize eating protein/fiber rich foods. But I am really getting stuck at around the same 5 pounds, am wondering if the lower fat intake and higher protein intake have anything to do w. it. Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks!

    Going over in protein wont typically stall weight loss.

    Have you lost any inches? What kind of exercise are you doing?
