Hi, I am a 54 year old women, 5'10, 195lb. I have MFP set to lose 1.5lb a week, which gives me 1220 calories. I walk at least 10,000 steps a day and eat back the calories that fitbit gives me. For the last 5 weeks my weight has stayed the same, and it's really getting me down. Any ideas at all please as to where I am going…

I know if I read all the info on here I would probably get the answer, but in plain English, can anyone help? My mfp says I can eat 1490 cals a day and lose weight. If my fitbit then syncs exercise calories into mfp, can I eat them back and still lose? I know the answer is probably yes, but just need some reassurance.…

Hi, why is there such a huge difference between the amount of calories burned when tracking on Endomondo compared to what MFP says for the same excercise, and which reading do you take as the correct one?
